We offer FREE delivery to the UK mainland as standard.

**Note: Next Delivery orders made on a Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on a Tuesday – let’s face it every BITCH needs a day off!
Delivery is typically fulfilled by Royal Mail, or other nationwide courier services. We know you can’t wait to get hold of your BITCH so we make every effort to get your products to you as soon as possible but delivery timelines may be subject to delay due to adverse weather conditions or exceptional circumstances experienced by our couriers – what a BITCH!
Order Tracking
It’s always exciting waiting for a bumper package (Oooh Matron!), but as a busy BITCH we know you have people to see and places to be, that’s why we’ll send you an email letting you know when to expect your delivery, meaning you don’t need to wait at home all day – what a clever BITCH!
Delivery
Royal Mail and our couriers will make every effort to deliver your order and may leave it with a neighbour or in your designated safe space, however, should an order be returned to BITCH HQ due to failed delivery then redelivery will incur an additional charge. Unfortunately, we’re not able to deliver to PO boxes and BFPO addresses.
Returns
We’re sure you’ll be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not happy then Bob will want to hear about it. Email us and we will do everything we can to put things right.
Should you with to return a product then we will be happy to arrange a refund provided that it has not been opened and is in a resaleable condition. Returns should be made within 28 days of the original order date. We have the right to refuse a refund or deduct up to 40% should the product be damaged or opened when inspected upon receipt by us.
Once we receive the returned goods, and they fulfil the conditions above, then we will process the refund to the card used for purchase. It then typically takes your card issuer 2 to 5 days to refund the money, however in some instances it can take your bank up to 30 days to process the refund.
